Team USA Minnesota's Gabriele Anderson finished one place better than last year in the BAA Invitational Mile on Sunday. Anderson finished second to the US's Brenda Martinez(4:51.4) in 4:52.7 with Heather Kampf in third in 4:53. 5. Story on the BAA Mile is HERE.
Andrew Carlson finished tenth in the 5K in 14:11. Ethiopia's Dejen Gebremeskel followed up his win at Carlsbad last weekend with a win here in 13:37. BAA 5K story is HERE.
