The St. Thomas women finished 18th with 11 points on Saturday at the NCAA Diviison III Indoor Track and Field Championships in Naperville, IL. Hamline was tied for 23rd with eight points, and Concordia-Moorhead finished 37th with five points. For the men Gustavus and St. Thomas tied for 21st with eight points. Bethel was 45th with three points.
St. Thomas' Taylor Berg placed fourth in the 5K in 17:03.43 with temamate Erin Statz finishing 12th in 17:31.19. The Tommie women's 4x400 relay of Angela and Erica Timm, Kayla Goeman, and Emily Van Heel was eighth in 3:52.16. For the men, St. Thomas' Maxwell Dunne took fourth in the heptathlon in 5,051 points, while Gustavus' Cameron Clause in fifth in 4912 points, and the Tommies Gavin Yseth finished 12th with 4.605 points. Bethel's Zach Haskins was sixth in the Mile in 4:12.07. The Tommies Eyo Ekpo placed sixth in the triple jump with a leap of 48' 4.75". Full results are HERE.
