Liz Podominick continues her preparation for the IAAF World Championships in Moscow. In her first competition since the USATF Championships, Podominick threw 201'1.75"(61.31m) in the OTC Pre-World 12 Meet at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista on Wednesday. She was second in the two woman field, as Ashley Witney Threw 203'.5" for first. Results for the event are HERE.
