Despite a seventh-place finish at last weekend's Big Ten Outdoor Championships, the University of Minnesota men's track and field team moved up in the latest NCAA Division I rankings, released yesterday.
The Gophers are now ranked #21, up four places from a week ago.
The University of Minnesota women are were listed #115 in the rankings.

Winona State #17, Mankato #21 ... The Winona State women's team, the runners-up in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference last weekend, are ranked #17 in the NCAA Division II rankings, up two places from a week ago.
Minnesota State - Mankato's men's team entered the NCAA Division II top-25 this week -- at #21 -- after winning NSIC men's title over the weekend.
