It's another busy weekend in the track and running world!
Minnesotans will be found racing in such far-flung locales as New York City (Molly Lehman), Miami (Josh Moen and Meghan Armstrong), Albuquerque (Jason Lehmkuhle and Patrick Smyth) and Glasgow, Scotland.
Flying the Minnesota flag in Scotland is former North Dakota State half-miling star Laura Januszewski. The former Laura Hermanson will represent the United States at the Aviva International Match tomorrow in Glasgow.
Januszewski, a Burnsville High School alum, will be the lone American competing in the 800 meters against 2008 Olympic semi-finalists Jenny Meadows of Great Britain and Neisha Bernard-Thomas of Grenada, as well as Jana Hartmann of Germany and Rebecca Hogberg of Sweden.
The Aviva International Match features one athlete in each event from the United States, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany and a Commonwealth Select team battling against each other to earn points towards their teams overall match total. Last year, the Commonwealth Select team won the title.
Below, find a link to results of Januszewski's race and all the weekend's other action ...
