Today was early national signing day when high school athletes announce they are signing letters of intent to attend the college/university of their choice. Among those declaring today: Waseca's Shane Streich chose the Gophers, Sally O'Brien chose Mankato State, and Tyler Kolander North Dakota HERE.
Joe Klecker chose the University of Colorado HERE.
Wayzata's Connor Olson chose the Gophers, Eagan's Anna Van Wyk picked Liberty, and Lakeville South's Caraline Slattery signed for Kansas HERE.
Park Center's Terrance Howard/Marquette, St. Francis' Bailey DeMar/NDSU, Northfield's Alexis Kiefer and Cham;plin Park's Jonathan Johnson both picked the Gophers. Minnetonka's Meghan Janssen and New Prague's Monica Kuehl chose North Dakota HERE.
St. Cloud Cathedral's Rachel Eickhoff signed with South Dakota State HERE.
Mountain Lake's Lydia Hildebrandt is going to Northwestern College HERE.
