Shakopee Valley News story on Trent Lusignan, a Shakopee HS grad who became the first SDSU runner to qualify for NCAA DI nationals since the NCAA competition was divided into Divisions I, II, and III.  Lusignan was second overall in the Midwest Region meet last weekend in Iowa.
