Špotáková 2nd, Grunewald 11th in Birmingham IAAF Diamond League Meet

Gopher grads Barbora Špotáková and Gabe Grunewald finished second, and eleventh, respectively, in their events at the Sainsberry's Birmingham Grand Prix meet on Sunday.  Špotáková threw the javelin 62.89m/206' 3.98".  Team USA Minnesota's Grunewald ran 9:41.76 for two miles.
