Brits Pub Vault August 30, TCTC Foundation Youth Track Sponsorship

On August 30 the Brits Pub Rooftop vault event is scheduled for August 30 at 7 PM at Brits Pub in downtown Minneapolis.   The event is similar to the indoor high jump and pole vault held in conjunction with the Drake Relays this year or the recent shot put competition on the Capitol grounds in Sacramento for the USATF Championships.

Twin Cities Track Club developed the event as a way to give the vaulters and the track & field more visibility.  Top vaulters have been invited for the pro event, but other vault exhibitions and competitions will be held.  For updates on the event, you can follow it on Twitter HERE or check it out on the TCTC web site HERE

This is the second major announcement in the past week week from TCTC, as .last Thursday the club gave details of a sponsorship agreement to the TCTC Foundation by  Pepsico to promote youth sports programs HERE.
