DtB's Guide to Another Big Weekend ...

There's a dump-truck load of indoor track, long distance running, and pole vault action this weekend for Minnesota athletes ... and fans. Here's our guide to help you keep up with everyone and everything ...

NCAA D1 Nationals ... The Gophers and a handful of additional Minnesotans are competing at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships in College Station, Texas, starting today.

NCAA D2 Nationals ... The NSIC's top athletes will compete at the NCAA Division II meet in Albuquerque, New Mexico this weekend.

NCAA D3 Nationals ... The state's top D3 athletes will be in action in Columbus, Ohio this weekend.

USA 15K Championships ... Six Team USA Minnesota athletes, including defending women's champion Katie McGregor and 2008 victor Andrew Carlson, will compete at the USA 15K Championships in Jacksonville, Florida tomorrow.

Joining the current and former champ will be teammates Meghan Armstrong, Megan Hogan, Josh Moen, and Matt Gabrielson.

Minnesota Pole Vault Showcase ... Closer to home, Fuzion Athletics will host the Minnesota Pole Vault Showcase in Burnsville tomorrow. The pole vault-only meet will feature high school, open, and elite events.

Among the stars competing in the "Elite Show" -- a competition featuring prize money and an equalized competition between men and women -- are Jacob Pauli, who sports a 19-1 PR, and Mary Saxer, the top-seeded woman at 14-9.
