The Minnesota State High School League will host its Minneapolis-area track and field & cross country rules meeting at Saint Louis Park High School on February 22 at 7:00 p.m. The first half of the meeting will be devoted to National Federation of High Schools rule changes. The second half will focus on becoming a certified Starter/Referee.
Starting this year, the MSHSL will require the presence of at least one certified official any high school meet. Their goal is to have two certified officials hired at each meet in 2008.
