Science: Fast Food or Sports Supplements about the Same in Nutritional Performance

A University of Montana study compared eating fast food or sports supplements(sports drinks and energy bars) were equal on their impact on glycogen recovery.  The conclusion being that fast food in moderation can equally impact recovery.
