One of the state's top high school cross country meets is taking place in Duluth today, the Swain Invitational.   Today's race results will be posted first HERE.

NSS Start a 5K XC Race at Swain Invitational

The North Shore Striders, the Northern Minnesota running club that started Grandma's Marathon, is branching out into cross country.  In conjunction with the October 6 Swain Invitational, one of Minnesota's top cross country meets, they are starting a 5K citizens XC race this year.
