UPDATED with link to full paper: Will Hot Baths be the New Ice?

First it was ice baths.  Now research indicates there may be a bebefit to a 40 minute hot bath after your workout.  The theories being that the cold helps your recovery, and thehot enables acclimation to 104 degree F heat.  What's next, an ice bath followed by the heat?  Read about the heat HERE.
