... Randy Peterson defended his Zoom Yah! Yah! Indoor Marathon title and established a new course/track record of 3:03:35, bettering his old mark of 3:07:50. Dan Casper was the runner-up at 3:13:22. Both Peterson and Casper are Northfield residents.
Amy Wolf of Faribault, the first-ever female finisher of the "Zoom," established a women's record of 4:27:52 with her win. Shannyn Magee of St. Paul was second at 4:50:55.
