Grant Wintheiser won the men's individual title at the MIAC XC Championships in St. Paul and led the team to an almost perfect team sore of 16 points in a dominating performance by the defending NCAA DIII men's champions. Men's results are HERE
Ruth Steinke won the women's individual race in 22:28.1 as the Carleton women took the women's team title over runner up St. Olaf 42 points to 58 as the Northfield schools took the top two places for the both the men's and women's teams. Women's full results are HERE.
