Since most of us have no idea what it's like to represent the US at a major international competition, such as this weekend's IAAF World Indoor Championships, we've asked the "Minnesota contingent," Team USA Minnesota coach Dennis Barker; Team USA Minnesota Athletes Gabe Grunewald and Heather Kampf, and Will Leer to share their thoughts on the experience.
How much they are able to write, blog, communicate back to us will depend on the time they have available. Their first priority, obviously, is to perform their best once the racing starts this weekend. Today's first reports deal with getting to Sopot, settling in, and getting ready for the challenge ahead.
