Heather Kampf 3rd in 800; Jaret Carpenter Runs 4:05.73 in Dream Mile; Hasz Twins 7th&8th in Dream 1500

Sharpened up this weekend by racing an 800m at the @adidasboostbostongames, and was pretty darn pleased to place 3rd, in 2:00.55 (just a half second off my lifetime PR)! Everything seems to be coming into place quite nicely, and I just can't say enough how grateful I am to be healthy, confident, and having fun going into the Trials. I had the added bonus of meeting some studly future Gophers, Megan and Bethany Hasz, who were out there to race the #dream1500!! Nothing great is accomplished alone- thanks as always to my big time supporters, @asics, @teamusamn, @nuunhydration, @soundprobiotics, @pickybars, and @flynnsports, and God above for abundantly blessing my life.
