Dot McMahan and Three Kenyans Front the Women's Field at Grandma's

Women's course recordholder Sarah Kiptoo is the early favorite among the female participants at this year's Grandma's Marathon.  Jane Kibii and Doreen Kitaka are expected to challenge Kiptoo with "ageless wonder" Dot McMahan potentially leading the US runners HERE.
