Jim Schoffman Wins Bronze Medal at the World Masters Championships

Jim Schoffman was busy at the World Masters Championships and came away with a medal. He  finished sixth in the M60 400m at the World Masters Championships Saturday—and then dropped down in age group to lead-off  the US M55  4X200m relay team that won a bronze medal .
Jim got to the 400m final by finishing third in his preliminary heat (1:04.90), and fourth in his semi-final heat (1:04.89).  His time in the finals was 1:06.41.
The M55 relay team, which included world champion high jumper  Bruce McBarnette, was timed in 2:00.30, finishing behind Great Britain/Northern Ireland and Ireland.
