Hassan Mead Books a Ticket to Beijing

It's not a rags to riches story, but Hassan Mead has overcome a lot.  It wasn't that long ago when he'd gone through a season lost via an Achilles injury. Then a collapsed lung.  The long road back.  On Thursday night in Eugene Mead booked a ticket to Beijing.  The World Championships.  The Big Show.

Though he doesn't show much emotion, the joy in his accomplishment is reflected on the faces and the words of his teammates, coaches, fans, friends.
