Gabe Grunewald 6th in Continental Cup 3K; Willis 6th in 1500

Team USA Minnesota's Gabe Grunewald finished sixth in the IAAF Continental Cup 3K in 9:05.58.  Results are HERE.  Nick Willis was also sixth in the 1500 in 3:50.00.  Results are HERE.  "2014... More of a nightmare than a dream season," wrote Grunewald on Instagram. "But guess what? It's OK. I'm grateful for the ups and the downs, the wonderful adventure of being a professional athlete.
