KARE-11 report on the cancelled 5K Foam Fest race HERE.  Not an isolated case, as in this instance the company putting on the race has issued statements saying they are declaring bankruptcy.  Thus far race cancellations have not been common, but it is happening elsewhere as noted in the Milwaukee  Journal Sentinel article HERE.
