Friday Mt. SAC Results

As noted before MSU Mankato's Chris Reed wom the hammer throw at Mt SAC.  He also finished 36th in Event #145 the discus U/O throwing 159'4".  The Gophers John Simons placed 6th in Event #150 the Invitational/Elite 1500 in 3:41.94.  U-Mary women's 4 by 400 relay, Event #230 finished 8th in 3:42.24. Janet Johnson of U-Mary finished 8th in the women's U/O 110 hurdles, Event # 224 in 13.77, and the U-Mary 4 by 100 women's relay team was 8th in the U/O Event #228 in 46.64. MSU Mankato's Jerrell Hancock finished 10th in Event # 100, the men's 100 in 10.41.

MSU Mankato's Kevin Rudd was 11th in Event #133 the U/O high jump, clearing 2.04m/6'8.25".  MSU Moorhead's men's 4 by 400 relay team finished 12th in Event #130 in 3:15.58. MSU Mankato's 4 by 100 men's relay team finished 13th in Event #128 in 41.62. MSU Mankato's women's 4 by 100 relay(event #228) were 16th in 48.02. Jamie Cheever finished 18th in the Invitational Elite 1500, Event #250 in 4:23.17. MSU Mankato's Khalil Jordan finished 18th in the U/O triple jump, Event #141 with a hop, step, jump of 13.7m/44'11.5"

U-Mary's Crystal Hoveland finished 30th in Event # 226, the women's 400H in 61:37.  Josie Guptill of U-Mary was 49th in the same event in 63.97.  Their teammate Brienna Lynch placed 84th in the women's 800, Event # 206 in 2:15.69. MSU Mankato's Anthony Gustafson was 45th in Event # 102, the men's 200, and teammate Carmano Lane finished 59th in 22.61.

Michigan(Mounds Park Academy grad) Mason Ferlic finished 3rd in the men's 5K Olympic Development Elite, Event #116, in 13:55.12.  Emma Bates 5th in women's Invitational Elite 5K, Event #215, in 15:33.42.  Team USA Minnesota's Meghan Peyton 19th in 16:03.99. Jonathan Grey did not finish the men's Invitational Elite 5K, Event #115. Minnesota Josh Thorson was 24th in the 5k Open B U/O in 14:42.42.
