Busy Day on the Roads and Trails(Updated with Results)

A busy day on the roads this morning with some events still in progress.  Longer distances are the norm as the Fred Kurz 10 Mile handicap race and the Goldy's Run 10 are already finished along with the Trail Mix trail/ultra 25K and 50K events.

Over in Wisconsin, the US 100K Champs are part of the MadCity Ultras.  100 K results are HERE. Sonia Decker was 13th, third female in 9:59:59.8.  50K results are HERE. hannah Hokanson was 27th, 13th female in 5:37:42.5. 50K Relay results are HERE.

The Zumbro Endurance Run 100 Mile results are HERE, 50 Mile  HERE, and 17 Mile HERE.

Goldy's Run

Goldy's Run results are up HERE.   Fred Kurz 10 is a handicap race--i.e.slower runners get a head start with the fast runners starting from "scratch" and attempt to catch those in front of them.  Kurz results are HERE.
