Yes/No: Four women under 1:30 at Urban Wildland Half-Marathon?

The Urban Wildland Half-Marathon and 5K, advertised as Minnesota's Green Race, celebrates its eleventh year in 2013.  All materials used for the race will be recycled, reused or composted.  The race starts and ends at Veterans Memorial Park, taking runners on a tour of Richfield.

Terry Hitchcock, who ran the equivalent of a marathon each day for 75 consecutive days in 1996, will serve as Grand Marshal for this year's event.

Along with all the festivities, there is some good running.  This week we will follow the top women in the Urban Wildland Half Marathon with this question...

Yes/No: Will four or more women run faster than 1:30:00 at the Urban Wildland Half Marathon on Saturday?

Last year, Kelly Brinkman set a new course record, running 1:19:26.  In 2012, three women broke 1:30.  In 2011 there was only one and there were four each in 2010 and 2009.

To play our game, simply type "yes" or "no" into the subject line of an e-mail and send it to us at DtBFantasy [AT] gmail [DOT] com before 7:00 A.M. CDT, Saturday, August 3rd.  Please put your answers in the subject line of the e-mail and make sure your full name appears somewhere in the e-mail.  We will offer a bonus for participants making their 2013 debut in Yes/No - a correct answer will be worth two points for anyone who has not played yet this year.

My Answer:  Yes

Last week's question was:  Will Mike Bialick finish in the top ten overall at the Burning River 100 Mile Endurance Run on Saturday? The answer was no - Bialick was in the top ten through half-way but ended up dropping out.  Only eight people answered correctly this week.  Lori Anne Schwiesow and Mary Varney continue to lead with seventeen points and are now three points up on the field.  Tied for third place with fourteen points include Pat Foley, Dimitri Drekonja and Mike Henderson.
