Eyo Ekpo Third in Triple Jump to Help St Thomas Men to a Tie for 28th at NCAA DIII Championships

St Thomas' Eyo Ekpo finished third in the triple jump(50'5.25"/15.37) to add six more points to the three he scored in the high jump on Friday to account for all of the points that put St. Thomas in a tie for 28th in the team competition at the NCAA DIII Championships in LaCrosse, WI.  Gustavus finished tied for 38th with six points, and St. John's was tied for 72nd with one point.  That point came from 800 runner Thomas Feichtinger, who finished eighth in 1:51.93 on Saturday.

St. Olaf's Brian Saska finished 11th in the 1,500 in 3:53.13.
