It's time to dig out your paint set and remember just where it was you stored your easel ...Twin Cities In Motion, the organizers of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, is again hosting a competition to create an original work of art to be featured as the official 2011 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Poster.
Artists 18-years-old or older who submit their work to Twin Cities In Motion by December 17, 2010 will be considered. The winning artist will receive $750.
Now in its 30th year, the marathon poster features new artwork every year to commemorate “The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America®.” Posters are displayed throughout the year at TCM events and are sold at the Health & Fitness Expo on marathon weekend and at the TCM online merchandise store.
